All packages are priced in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and all payments can be made via a secure credit card link to our Cook Island bank account.

While rain can create stunning backdrops, it's not ideal for family shoots, especially with young children. If you are visiting Rarotonga, we recommend booking your photoshoot early in your holiday. This allows us to reschedule if necessary. In the unlikely event of persistent bad weather, we'll unfortunately have to cancel the shoot, and provide a full refund.

Details about our videography services can be found on our 'Photo & Video' page. Please note that the hours included in your chosen package are filmed consecutively. Additional coverage can be added to your package upon request. To ensure the highest quality on your wedding day, we exclusively work with our in-house videographer. Please discuss any alternative videography arrangements with us prior to booking.

Rarotonga is full of stunning spots, and we want to make sure you’re in the best one! To make things easy, Malia will select the perfect backdrop for your session based on the weather and the best lighting for that day. If you have a favourite look—like the beach or the mountains—just let us know in your questionnaire, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

For a timeless look, we recommend sticking to neutral tones or pastels like browns, greens, blues, nudes, whites or blacks. We also offer a range of tropical dresses for hire.

Based in Rarotonga, the Cook Islands, we love capturing stories from around the world. Please note that flight and transport costs for photoshoots outside Rarotonga are the client's responsibility.

You'll receive an online gallery link showcasing all your beautiful photos within a maximum of 3 months (often sooner!). Wedding couples will receive sneak peek images within 3 weeks from their wedding day. This gallery features watermarked images for you to explore. Select your favorites by "hearting" them - the number of images you can keep depends on your chosen package. Once your selections are finalized, you'll receive your stunning, high-resolution photos. You will have the option to purchase additional photos or the entire gallery at a special rate. Share the joy with family and friends by sharing the gallery link!

All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where we cancel the photoshoot. However, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your photoshoot, you may do so once within a year of your original booking date. Multiple rescheduling's will result in a fee.
